Record
A record is a single captured system event at a specific point in time — for example, when a page is opened, speech begins, speech is processed, or audio is played.
A single conversation may generate multiple records.
Interaction
An interaction represents a user session or engagement with the system.
It may consist of multiple records generated during that session.
Event
An event is the type of action captured in a record — such as page_view, stt_start, stt_result, or tts_play.
Line (technical)
A line refers to a single entry in the raw telemetry log file.
Each line typically corresponds to one or more records depending on how events are stored.
